Sausage & Broccolini Sheet Pan Gnocchi

Crispy, oven-baked gnocchi paired with roasted broccoli and sweet Italian sausage coated in butter and parmesan. And all made on one sheet pan!

I really love a food one-pan meal. There is nothing better sometimes than getting to throw everything down on a sheet pan and all you have to do is throw it in the oven. I love the concept for a quick weeknight meal or a simple meal to make when you have guests coming over.

The only thing I love better than a one-pan meal is one that involves pasta! For this sheet pan meal, I am using gnocchi, broccolini and sweet Italian sausage. This is a riff on one of my favorite pastas - orecchiette with sausage and broccolini. This pasta is such a go-to of mine because the sauce is simply olive oil, butter and parmesan. For this gnocchi version, I roast them all together in the oven and the gnocchi gets crispy while it all cooks together in olive oil. Only step you have after its cooked is to toss in some butter and sprinkle on some parmesan!

Here are the Ingredients for this Sausage & Broccolini Sheet Pan Gnocchi:

  • Protein - Sweet Italian Sausage

  • Produce - Broccolini, Garlic

  • Seasonings - Salt, Pepper, Red Pepper Flakes

  • Pantry - Gnocchi, Olive Oil

  • Dairy - Butter, Parmesan
