O’henry did my husband and I the honor of writing a piece about us in their July 2021 issue. It talks all about our journey to north carolina, designing and remodeling our historic house, and starting this food blog! I got the opportunity to partner with 2U, Inc and help create and photograph the recipes developed for MPH at UNC Chapel Hill. this included cooking and styling the photoshoots for each of these 4 delicious recipes showcasing how to eat locally on the med diet.
