  • Figs

  • Goat Cheese

  • Prosciutto

  • Hot Pepper Jelly

  • Thyme

 

Goat Cheese Stuffed Figs with Prosciutto

ingredients:

  • 2 cups figs, sliced in half

  • 1/2 cup goat cheese (I prefer honey goat cheese)

  • 3-4 pieces of prosciutto, cut longways

  • 4 tbsp hot pepper jelly

  • thyme

directions:

  1. After you slice your figs, spread the goat cheese on the cut side. Wrap each fig in prosciutto and brush on the hot pepper jelly.

  2. Bake at 350 F for 10 minutes until prosciutto is crispy. You can also Air fry them at 350 F for 8-10 minutes.

  3. Drizzle on some more hot pepper jelly and sprinkle some fresh thyme. Serve and enjoy!
