Red Cabbage Slaw

sides / dairy free / whole 30 / paleo / vegan / meat free

The best side dish or topping to put on burgers, sandwiches or tacos is this Red Cabbage Slaw.

This slaw is a recipe is make ALL the time. My mother-in-law makes a green cabbage slaw all the time. All it is is green cabbage, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, and the good seasons packet. It’s seriously so good and she pairs it as a side with any protein and it’s always a hit. This is my take on it but I of course had to add some other flavors into the mix (maybe because I have a strange urge for my meals to all be extremely colorful).

Here is what you’ll need to make this Red Cabbage Slaw:

  • Red/Purple Cabbage

  • Carrots

  • Cilantro

  • Good Seasons Italian Dressing Packet

  • Olive Oil

  • Apple Cider Vinegar
