Fig Jam Pepper Jelly

A deliciously homemade spread for charcuterie boards, sandwiches, or just about anything! It’s a mix of sweet fig jam and spicy pepper jelly, and it’s the coziest spread you’ll make all season.

The two staples I swear I always get from Trader Joe’s are their fig butter and the sweet and spicy pepper jelly. They are both my absolute favorites. I use the fig butter all the time in baking and for my charcuterie boards. It’s amazing paired with a slice of hard cheese on a cracker or slice of bread. The sweet and spicy pepper jelly is to die for. I roast brussel sprouts and toss them in a little of the jelly and they are addicting I swear.

Here is what you’ll need to make this Fig Jam Pepper Jelly:

  • Figs

  • Sugar

  • Hot Peppers

  • Lemon Juice

Yep, there are only 4 ingredients you need to make this! It’s so easy too, because you throw everything into a saucepan and that about it! Once it is done simmering, you use an immersion blender to blend it all together, and then you are ready to serve it! I let mine cool down a bit before serving, but it just depends on what you’re making.
