Salmon Burger Bowl
bowls / mains / whole 30 / paleo / gluten free / grain free / dairy free / seafood
A Whole 30 approved burger bowl, but with perfectly cooked air fryer salmon. Filled with bacon, roasted potatoes, tomatoes, marinated onions, dill pickles, sesame seeds and a secret sauce dressing that is perfection.
Can’t decide between salmon or a burger? Make them both! This salmon is so flaky and crispy made in the air fryer. It’s me my new favorite way to make salmon hands down. I paired it with my classic favorite burgers flavors, like bacon, red onion, and sesame seeds. Instead of greasy fries, I love putting air fryer roasted potatoes in my burger bowls. They’re a no brainer to get the same flavors and still get filled up and satisfied.
Here’s what you need for this Salmon Burger Bowl:
salmon
olive oil
garlic powder
paprika
sesame seeds
salt + pepper
romaine or bibb lettuce
baby potatoes
sugar free bacon
cherry tomatoes
dill pickles
marinated onions (recipe here)
whole 30 approved mayo
sugar free ketchup
dijon mustard
pickle juice
apple cider vinegar
First you’re going to make the air fryer potatoes. Season them and throw them in the air fryer. Pat your salmon dry and season. Air fry your salmon as you assemble the rest of your bowl. Lay down the lettuce, potatoes, cherry tomatoes, marinated onions, pickles, bacon, and then salmon on top. Sprinkle the bowl with sesame seeds. Make your Secret Sauce Dressing by combining the dressing ingredients. It’s so easy you’ll be making this all the time.
