Teriyaki Salmon

Flakey, juicy salmon baked in a homemade teriyaki sauce.
This is an easy salmon dish the whole family will love. It doesn’t require any lengthy marinating and it only cooks for 12-16 minutes! This is a great recipe to have for your main course at dinner, or to prep and use in other recipes throughout the week.
Teriyaki Salmon
ingredients:
large piece of salmon, patted dry
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp sriracha
1 tbsp korean gochujang
dash of honey
sesame seeds
green onion, chopped
squeeze of lime
directions:
preheat oven to 400 F.
lay the piece of salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
in a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sriracha, gochujang, sesame seeds, green onion, lime and honey.
pour the mixture over the salmon and brush it around to cover the entire piece.
cook for 12-16 minutes until salmon is flakey and cooked through.
