Peanut Butter Yogurt & Banana Toast

A deliciously easy breakfast that’s sweet & heathy!

I remember a little while back there was a viral yogurt dip that I saw all over TikTok. It combined peanut butter and yogurt and you could dip any fruit or crackers in it. It was SO delicious! I basically made it and added it to toast and topped it with fruit instead.

Here’s what you’ll need for this Peanut Butter Yogurt & Banana Toast:

  • toasted bread

  • plain nonfat greek yogurt

  • vanilla extract

  • peanut butter

  • cinnamon

  • banana

Once you make the peanut butter yogurt spread, you just assemble it all on the toast. I can see other fruits working really well with it too, like raspberries or strawberries. That would give it more of a PB&J vibe. Play around with it and see what your favorite combo is!

 

Peanut Butter Yogurt & Banana Toast

(makes 1 piece of toast)

ingredients:

  • slice of toasted bread

  • 1/4 cup plain nonfat greek yogurt

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2 tbsp peanut butter + more to drizzle on top

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 banana

directions:

  1. mix together the yogurt, peanut butter, vanilla, and cinnamon until smooth. spread over the toast.

  2. slice up the banana and put it on top with a drizzle of peanut butter and another sprinkle of cinnamon. enjoy!
