Delicata Squash, Prosciutto & Sage Pizza

Fall Pizza Alert!! Use up your winter squash with this delicata squash, prosciutto & sage pizza.
I used Eat Banza’s chickpea crust, which not only made it extremely fast to whip this dinner up, but also tasted just as scrumptious as the real thing! I used my recipe for the maple delicata squash fries (recipe here) but baked them only halfway, that way they could finish on top the pizza! The maple flavor with the salty prosciutto and creamy ricotta is an absolute dream on this pizza.
Making the maple delicata squash fries is half the battle. Once they’re halfway done cooking, all that’s left to do is assemble the pizza.
