Cinnamon Apple Chips

Happy Whole 30 January! Let’s start off the year with our favorite snacks, chips!
One of the hardest parts in my opinion doing Whole 30 is finding approved snacks that actually satisfy me. When I did my first round of Whole 30 I was eating a hard-boiled egg every time I was starving, which got old very quickly. Whole 30 for some reason just also makes me crave sweet! I mean, I know why. I’m cutting out all sugar, so my body is craving it more intensely. That’s when I head for these Cinnamon Apple Chips. They have a natural sweetness to them and are so fun to make.
Here’s what you’ll need to make these Whole 30 Cinnamon Apple Chips:
apples
cinnamon
THAT’S IT!
These are so freaking easy to make. They are only two ingredients, YES TWO INGREDIENTS! You’ll thinly slice the apples and remove the seeds as you go. Line them on parchment paper and sprinkle both sides with some cinnamon. Bake for an hour at a super low temperature and then enjoy! No dehydrator needed!
