Mediterranean Goddess Protein Dip

vegetarian / gluten free

A healthy, high-protein, creamy dip filled with tons of herbs and spices and topped with a Mediterranean salad.

This creamy dip is both delicious, and ridiculously healthy! It’s filled with nourishing ingredients and is high-protein from cottage cheese. It tastes salty and savory from the feta cheese and imitates a whipped feta dip (which is my favorite dip probably ever)!

I topped it with a Mediterranean inspired salad filled with cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, parsley, and lemon. Use anything you want to dip into it - crackers, carrots, bell pepper slices, you name it!

Here are the Ingredients for this Mediterranean Goddess Protein Dip:

  • Vegetables - Garlic, Parsley, Cilantro, Dill, Cucumber, Tomato, Lemon

  • Seasonings - Salt, Black Pepper, Onion Powder, Ranch Seasoning

  • Dairy - Cottage Cheese, Feta

  • Pantry - Olive Oil

  • 1/4 cup dill
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp ranch seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Pepperoncinis to top
Mediterranean Salad
  • 1/3 cup persian cucumbers, chopped
  • 1/3 cup cherry tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/4 cup kalamata olives
  • 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp dill, chopped

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • pinch of salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Blend together all the ingredients listed for the Goddess Protein Dip in a high-power food processor. Blend for 3 minutes, pushing sides down, to get everything to blend smoothly until creamy dip forms.

  3. Transfer dip to a serving bowl and smooth out. Add the Mediterranean Salad in the middle of the dip and top with some pepperoncinis if desired.
  4. Serve with your favorite veggies, crackers or pita chips.
  5. To make ahead, store dip and salad separately in air-tight containers and assemble before serving.

Notes

  • Serve with cut veggies, crackers or pita chips.
  • You can use it as a spread for sandwiches or as a spread base for a grain bowl.
