Liquid Gold Buttered Noodles
vegetarian
This is the best recipe I will ever give you guys…trust me. It is so simple and quick to make, but seriously will satisfy your pasta craving.
This is the dish my nonna would make my siblings & I before we realized we did in fact like pasta sauce. My sister literally still requests them instead of clam sauce on Christmas Eve… she’s 25 - let that be your sign to make these liquid gold buttered noodles!
I keep these noodles simple with only butter, salt, pepper, and loads of parmesan. If you're looking to amp this recipe up a little bit, you can add minced garlic, basil, red pepper flakes, olive oil, and some blanched broccoli for a little bit more balance. Personally, I use rigatoni or penne, but any pasta shape will work!
