Healthy Salted Banana Snickers

what’s better than a recipe that takes 5 ingredients and only 5 minutes? one that lets you eat 10 snickers bar guilt-free of course!

these cute little healthy snickers bars are so easy to make, these would be a great snack to make with kids! and they’re totally delicious and combine the two classic combos of chocolate & peanut butter, and banana & peanut butter.

Healthy Salted Banana Snickers

ingredients:

  • 1 banana

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (or any nut butter)

  • 1/4 cup crushed peanuts

  • 1/2 melted chocolate (dark or semi sweet work just fine)

  • pinch of sea salt

directions:

  1. half a banana and cut each side into thirds.

  2. spread your peanut butter onto each banana piece.

  3. sprinkle some crushed peanuts on top the peanut butter.

  4. drizzle on your melted chocolate.

  5. sprinkle some flaky sea salt.

  6. freeze on a baking tray for at least 30 minutes and snack on!

  7. let your puff pastry thaw, roll it out and cut it into 6 equal pieces.
